Heard this on the elevator up and got reasonably furious. First: You’re idiots. There’s obviously snow in Africa. What, you think Kiliminjaro is also a dusty plain? You don’t think it gets fucking cold in the Rabat mountains? Second: Why can’t you say “Sub-Saharan Africa”?That’s obviously what you mean. And, can you imagine if there was snow in Africa this christmas? You know what happens to London when it snows there once every year? The most civilized country in the world goes into full apocalypse mode replete with cannibalism and orgies. Sub-Saharan Africa has never had snow and if they had it even once, I highly doubt they’d be anything but devastated by it. So, maybe the greatest gift they could get this year is not having snow. Or life, whichever. but seriously, fuck off with the snow. |
